This policy describes how Murasaki Team collects and processes your personal data in connection with the use of the murasaki.team website, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and French Act No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 as amended (the French Data Protection Act, loi Informatique et Libertés).
1. Data controller
The data controller is Murasaki Team (SARL), 2 rue de Nice, 75011 Paris. contact@murasaki.team.
2. Data collected
We only collect the data that you voluntarily provide to us through the contact form:
- your name;
- your email address;
- your company name (optional);
- the nature of your request;
- the content of your message.
No sensitive data is requested. The website does not use any audience-measurement tool or advertising tracker.
3. Purposes and legal basis
This data is processed in order to respond to your contact request and to follow up on the business relationship that may result from it. The legal basis for the processing is your consent (Article 6.1.a of the GDPR), obtained when the form is submitted, as well as the legitimate interest of Murasaki Team in responding to its prospects.
4. Recipients
Your data is intended solely for the Murasaki Team teams authorised to handle contact requests. It is neither sold nor transferred to third parties for commercial purposes. It may be processed by our technical service providers (hosting, email sending service) acting as processors within the meaning of the GDPR: Vercel Inc. (website hosting) and Google (Google Workspace, delivery of the emails from the contact form).
5. Retention period
Your data is kept for as long as necessary to process your request, then archived or deleted, and for a maximum of 3 years from our last contact in the absence of a contractual relationship.
6. Your rights
In accordance with the applicable regulations, you have the following rights over your data: the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability and withdrawal of your consent at any time.
To exercise them, write to contact@murasaki.team. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (www.cnil.fr).
7. Cookies
The website does not place any tracking or audience-measurement cookies. Only cookies strictly necessary for the proper operation of the website may be used; they do not require your consent. Should a privacy-friendly analytics tool be added at a later date, this policy would be updated accordingly.
8. Security
Murasaki Team implements appropriate technical and organisational measures in order to protect your data against any unauthorised access, alteration or disclosure.
